Shiv Sagar Foods & Resorts Pvt. Ltd, the name came into being in 1990 when Mr. N. T. Poojari dreamt of opening a chain of restaurants which would serve healthy fast food. The dream became reality when he laid the cornerstone for his first Shiv Sagar outlet in 'Kemps Corner' in the same year. The enormous success of Shiv Sagar 'Kemps Corner' was the delicious proof of the brand to reach heights and it was only a matter of time for the establishment of subsequent outlets. Shiv Sagar at Churchgate became the second branch and it was a success too from the very first day. Currently, Shiv Sagar has 12 branches all over the country with more coming up. With immeasurable experience and goodwill, getting into other restaurant genres was smooth. Hailing from a rich & flavorful Mangalorean background, Mr. N. T, Poojari always had a longing to introduce the authentic Mangalorean cuisine to the people who love seafood. To realize the same, he got into a partnership with Mahesh Lunch Home and launched this famous seafood restaurant's branches in Mumbai, Thane & Pune.
